INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of already cooked rice
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 orange pepper
- 2 carrots
- 100 g mixture of peas, zucchini and green beans
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Garlic and aromatic herbs spices and salt
PREPARATION:
In a wok pan with olive oil, add the diced orange and red pepper, the chopped onion, the diced carrots and the mixture of peas, courgette and green beans. Add the eggs and mix everything together.
Add the cooked rice, drizzle with soy sauce. Season with garlic spices and aromatic herbs and salt. Mix everything and let it cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
Place the rice on a platter and serve.
