Preparation Time: 10 mins + marinating time  |  Cooking Time: 60 mins  |  To: 4-6 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 whole chicken or pieces
  • 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 100 ml of Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp (soup) sweet pepper
  • 1 Tbsp of piri-piri
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Coarse salt to taste

PREPARATION:

To the marinade, add the chopped garlic cloves, white wine, olive oil, paprika, piri-piri, pepper, salt to taste and two bay leaves, mix everything, and drizzle with half the lemon juice.

Add to the chicken, spreading it on all sides. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, but if possible, leave it overnight.

After 2 hours, put it in the airfryer (in the oven or on the coals), at 200ºC for 60 minutes, after 30 minutes, turn the chicken and brush it with the marinade sauce - this is what will make the meat juicy and tasty!

Serve with a fresh salad and French fries. A complete meal full of flavor!"
