Preparation Time: 10 mins + marinating time  |  Cooking Time: 30 mins  |  To: 4 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 pork steaks
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 200 g of breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp (tea) black pepper
  • 300 ml virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

Season the steaks with chopped garlic cloves, salt and 1/2 lemon juice. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for approximately 45 minutes.

Beat the eggs and set aside. In a bowl put breadcrumbs, pepper and mix everything.

Dip the steaks in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.

In a frying pan with hot oil, fry the steaks until golden on both sides. Remove and let drain on a sheet of absorbent paper.

Place the breaded on a platter. Decorate with lemon slices and serve with white rice.
