INGREDIENTS:
- 1 homemade chicken leg
- 1 egg
- 100 g elbow pasta
- 100 g of rice
- 1 carrot
- ½ courgette
- 1 onion
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
Put a pan of water on the heat and let it boil.
Wash the chicken, remove the skins and place in the pan. Add the egg, season with salt and cook until the meat is tender.
Remove the egg and set aside.
Add the courgette cut into half moons, the elbow pasta, the rice, the carrot and the sliced onion. Let it cook for 8 minutes.
Clean the chicken of bones and shred it.
Place the soup in a bowl, add the chicken and egg and serve immediately.
